Maintenance Supervisor is a gem. This community is well kept and very attractive. Everyone I genuinely enjoy dealing with the staff. They are prompt at dealing with problems. It is a comfortable and clean apartment. DO I like the free security alarm. I also love the size of the rooms. Plus, I like the spacious kitchen. Overall it seems to be a family oriented complex. KM Manager is an excellent manager of these apartments. Always friendly and prompt to act on any problems. RH I feel that the leasing agent did a great job. She always recognized me when I came in and was ready to help me. The neighbors were nice and it was close my school and both malls. EJ Edgewater Trace has a wonderful staff. I wish I could of brought them with me to where we moved to. We are renting a house. Keep the staff you have there. They are a wonderful group. If I could of I would of packed them in a box and taken them with me. WT The staff was great. They really enforced peace and quiet. They did not tolerate disturbance to other tenants. They got right to it.
