Because of their kindness and hard work, I met so many friends and made many beautiful memories there. I have never had such a professional nor compassionate apartment managers, and I know I will never find a place as warm and welcoming as Alhambra. BMP
The maintenance supervisor has done a great job installing a new AC unit. He was very meticulous during the installation process and triple checked every step before proceeding to the next. He even cleaned up after every few steps to minimize the debris in the house, which I greatly appreciated. Throughout the installation process I asked him 100 questions and received 101 satifactory answers. He takes great care in all of his repairs no matter how big or small and is truly an assest to your company. KNF

The office staff is very polite and helpful, they go out of their way to try to accommodate your request. And very much on top of things, good or bad. The maintenance staff make repairs very quickly. I have found them to be very courteous and helpful. Great customer service. It's good to know they care enough to do the job right. I like the quietness and tenants respect for each other, also the cleanliness of the property. The office always offers services they feel can benefit us. The office staff that we have are very pleasant, Out maintenance staff is great, too! I have lived here for 7 years and hope to be here longer. EP
