City Market is located downtown Savannah Georgia.Ours is a vibrant and diverse economy, which includes such notable employers as Gulfstream Aerospace and Memorial Health University Medical Center, as well as the Georgia Ports Authority, which oversees one of the fastest growing ports in the country. Savannah is also home to Hunter Army Airfield and a number of excellent post-secondary educational institutions, including the Savannah College of Art & Design, Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah State University & Savannah Technical College.

Southside

Southside, which is home to Windsor Arms, Timberland, Ridgewood and Edgewater Trace, is the commercial heart of Savannah. Nearby are two major shopping destinations, Oglethorpe Mall & Savannah Mall. The area is also home to the majority of Savannah’s movie theaters as well as a wide range of excellent restaurants, grocery stores and other neighborhood convenience outlets. Some notable area employers include Hunter Army Airfield, Memorial Health University Medical Center, Armstrong Atlantic State University and St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital.

Eastside

Eastside, the location of Alhambra Apartments, is the gateway via palm tree-lined Victory Drive (US Highway 80) to Savannah’s beautiful coast, including the islands of Wilmington and Whitemarsh, and beautiful Tybee Beach (also known as Savannah Beach). Here you’ll find historic Savannah State University, convenient shopping, dining and entertainment and easy access to downtown & Southside.

West Chatham/Garden City

West Chatham, home to Wyndmere, Kessler Point and The Arbors, is secluded, yet convenient to downtown, Southside and fast growing areas like Pooler. Nearby is Savannah International Airport and the acclaimed Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum, as well as employers such as Gulfstream Aerospace, the Georgia Ports Authority, JC Bamford and International Paper.
