Pet acceptance policy by community
Alhambra, Ridgewood, Edgewater Trace, Windsor Arms, Timberland, Wyndmere & The Arbors:
- There is no monthly pet rent/fee.
- Non-refundable fees are based on size/weight of pet when full grown.
- Two dogs and two cats maximum per apartment.
- No exotic pets accepted.
- All owners must supplycurrent vaccination records and current tags.
- Pets when taken outside are to be leashed at all times and under the control of the resident.
- Residents are to clean up pet waste immediately and dipose of properly.
No aggressive breeds are allowed. A list of the most widely known agressive breeds is listed below for your reference.
