Following are the pet acceptance policies for our communities.

Alhambra: cats & dogs up to 35 lbs. when fully grown are accepted at management's discretion # $200.00 non refundable pet deposit & $15.00 monthly fee.

The Arbors: Cats and Dogs up to 25 lbs. when fully grown are accepted at the discretion of Management. $300.00 pet security deposit ($200.00 which is non-refundable) and a $25.00 fee per month for each pet.

Edgewater Trace: Cats and Dogs up to 25 lbs. when fully grown are accepted at the discretion of Management. $200.00 non-refundable pet deposit and a $15.00 fee per month for each pet is required.

Kessler Point: pets are not permitted.

Timberland: Cats and domesticated dogs (no pit bulls) up to 25 lbs. when fully grown are accepted at management's discretion. $300.00 pet security deposit which is non-refundable.

Windsor Arms: Pets are accepted up to 25 pounds when fully grown.  $300.00 nonrefundable pet fee.

Wyndmere: Cats and Dogs up to 25 lbs. when fully grown are accepted at the discretion of Management. $300.00 pet security deposit ($200.00 which is non-refundable) and a $25.00 fee per month for each pet.

Ridgewood: Cats and dogs may be accepted,but only with the advanced written consent and approval of management.  $200 non-refundable pet fee there is also a $15 per month fee.
