Since becoming the first property to join the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department's (SCMPD) Crime Free Multihousing Program in 1998, all of our communities have joined the project, under which we work in active partnership with SCMPD to combat crime. And, recognizing the need for apartment residents to have renter's insurance to minimize the potentially severe financial impact of accidents such as fires and plumbing leaks, we provide $10,000 of Renter's Peril Insurance free of charge to all residents. Our company is committed to quality and dependable customer service. Employees are required to take regular training courses and many of our personnel have professional management certification. The Savannah Apartment Association works for the general welfare of rental housing and to educate and inform members and other about the objectives and responsibilities of professional apartment owners and operators. It was founded in 1979 and consists of more than 100 Savannah apartment communities and affiliated businesses.
Because we care about our residents, all Kole Management properties are members of the Savannah Police Department's Crime Free Housing Program.
